Irina Lgotkina is a professional violinist with an international performing career spanning Europe, New Zealand, and Australia. She holds a Master's degree in Instrumental Performance (Violin) and completed postgraduate studies at the Ural State Conservatorium, receiving the highest level of professional musical training.
Irina began touring Europe at the age of fourteen, performing with chamber orchestras and string quartets in France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria, and Sweden. She later spent nine years in New Zealand, where she performed with the Auckland Philharmonic Orchestra (APO), Manukau Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra Bach, and appeared regularly as a soloist.
She then built a successful six-year performing career in Brisbane, collaborating with the Brisbane Symphony Orchestra (BSO), Bach Society, Ady Ensemble, and Amadeus Orchestra, while also performing at festivals, gala dinners, themed concerts, corporate events, and private functions.
Now based in Perth, Western Australia, Irina is continuing her musical journey as a casual musician with the West Australian Symphony Orchestra (WASO). She has also been invited to perform with the Fremantle Chamber Orchestra and to appear as Guest Concertmaster with the Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra (MetSO), further establishing her presence within Western Australia's classical music community. Passionate about sharing music with audiences, Irina looks forward to continuing her career through solo performances, chamber music collaborations, and orchestral engagements. She remains committed to bringing inspiring live music to audiences across Western Australia while continuing to grow as a performer and artist.
